Donald Trump has an unusual demand for White House staff, claims report

Donald Trump has an unusual demand from his staff. The President seems really into his shoes and has been gifting the same $145 Oxfords to the people he works with, expecting them to wear them. The footwear is from the Chicago-based brand Florsheim.

The Wall Street Journal called the shoes the “hottest and most exclusive MAGA status symbol.” “All the boys have them,” an aide told the publication. Another insider said, “It’s hysterical because everybody’s afraid not to wear them.”

Interestingly, the President keeps gifting the shoes to advisors, agency heads, lawmakers, and VIPs who visit the White House. He reportedly guesses their size while getting the shoes.

As of now, Vice President J.D. Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, and White House Communications Director Steven Cheung are among those spotted wearing these shoes.

Senator Lindsey Graham and Fox News host Sean Hannity reportedly also have these shoes. Donald Trump pays for the shoes himself.

But despite this alleged obsession with shoes, Trump was recently spotted with swollen ankles, something that has been observed multiple times before. The 79-year-old was seen with visibly swollen ankles after returning from another weekend trip to Florida.

The previous picture drew many reactions from fans across the country. Donald Trump has often generated curiosity around his health but has insisted he is all right.
