The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Taylor Frankie Paul is still all over the media, and not in a good way. But she’s not staying quiet ahead of her Bachelorette premiere this month. The reality TV personality says she’s not surprised this is all happening now because someone who doesn’t like her has ruined premieres and events for her in the past.
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star wants to “tell the whole story”
ICYMI, Taylor is embroiled in a domestic abuse investigation with her ex-boyfriend and baby daddy, Dakota Mortensen. It’s been volatile and messy. Stars and fans from both SLOMW and Bachelor Nation are distancing themselves from the latest Bachelorette.
At this point, the investigation is ongoing, and Taylor is continuing to do the media rounds. She spoke to Entertainment Tonight, and they asked her for her response to the allegations.
“It’s tough because I wanna give my whole story, and I think there is a whole background to the story,” Taylor answered. “But what I will give now is just ‘more,’ there is more to the story, and it just sucks to be known as like the crazy girl if you will, because it’s just not the case.”
She added that she’s not surprised by the timing. “Timing is unfortunate of this all, but not a surprise because I’ve dealt with this for years now,” Taylor admitted. “So the fact that this is happening is not a surprise. But at the same time, it’s been hell.”
Taylor explained that she’s had every premiere and every important event ruined for her.
When asked why, she answered, “I just think due to someone that doesn’t like to see my success or happiness.” She didn’t elaborate, saying she doesn’t like placing blame on other people, but instead wants to take responsibility for her own actions.
In the end, Taylor said she’s been misunderstood a lot and would love to actually enjoy a premiere or special event. She just wants the whole story to come out.
The Bachelorette Season 22 premieres March 22 on ABC. Meanwhile, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is streaming on Hulu.
