Kevin Spacey has reportedly struck a deal with three men suing him for sexual assault. The civil trial was due to take place in London later this year. However, it’s now been put on pause as the actor settled out of court. The House of Cards star has repeatedly denied the accusations.
Kevin Spacey has settled with three men, avoiding a London trial

Spacey – who is not homeless – has faced a slew of sexual misconduct allegations over the past decade. These particular accusations date back to his time as artistic director of the Old Vic, a position he had from 2004 to 2013, per the Hollywood Reporter.
Three men accused the actor of sexual assault before and during his reign at the London theater. The alleged assaults are said to have happened between 2000 and 2013.
Details of the accusations were included in a 2024 documentary by the UK’S Channel 4. The doc, Spacey Unmasked, included testimony from ten alleged victims.
In response to the film, Kevin wrote in a social media post: “Each time I have been given the time and a proper forum to defend myself, the allegations have failed under scrutiny and I have been exonerated.”
A separate trial in London in July 2023 ended with the actor being cleared of nine sexual offense charges.
In a June 2024 interview on Piers Morgan Uncensored, he said he may have been “too handsy” in the past. He admitted “pushing the boundaries,” but denied “groping” anyone. Confusingly, he also said his previous “bad behavior” included “touching someone sexually… in a way that I didn’t know at the time they didn’t want.”
Kevin is currently attempting a comeback after being booted by Netflix in 2017. You’ll have a hard job seeing his latest project, though – it’s a low-budget series for Italian TV.
