Megyn Kelly Talks New Nancy Guthrie ‘Theory’

A political commentator is offering up a new hypothesis in Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance. Megyn Kelly weighed in on her beliefs about how the mother of Savannah Guthrie may have been taken in the early morning hours of February 1. Despite the rewards offered and the attention this story has garnered, Nancy is still missing.

Meanwhile police have yet to apprehend a suspect in this matter. Early into the investigation, it was believed that Nancy had been kidnapped. Megyn offered up a unique “theory” about what may have transpired the morning she went missing.

Megyn Kelly has been outspoken following Nancy Guthrie’s suspected abduction

Crime has long been suspected in Nancy’s disappearance, but Megyn believes it might not have been a one-person job. Former FBI special agent James Hamilton was among the special guests on her show Thursday. The fact that investigators have come up empty regarding DNA evidence suggests to him that those allegedly involved aren’t from the United States. Based on that, Megyn believes the alleged kidnapping might be the work of “a criminal transnational criminal group.”

Another telling sign for Megyn is that billboards featuring Nancy’s picture have been posted in Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, and California. She believes you can draw some conclusions from that. Fellow ex-FBI agent Jennifer Coffindafer wonders if the suspected kidnapper or kidnappers may be of Mexican descent. She says that where the billboards were posted was likely not a random decision.

Megyn, like many podcasters, has been following this story closely for weeks. Last month, she faced backlash from some people over another theory. She believed that Nancy’s daughter, Annie, felt envy and perhaps jealousy toward Savannah. That may be because Savannah is a famous host on NBC’s Today Show.

Cartel involvement has also been speculated as a possible motive in this matter, something investigators have refuted. The proximity of Nancy’s home in Tucson, Arizona, to the US-Mexican border is the reason behind the cartel theory.
