Netflix Reality Star Throws Shade at Bachelorette Suitors After Cancellation

The cancellation of The Bachelorette Season 22 doesn’t just affect its leading lady, Taylor Frankie Paul. There’s also the case of her eligible bachelors. In the halted season, there were 22 men looking for love, with the hopes that Taylor would be the one.

Now that the season is in the can, though, the world won’t see these contestants on-screen. Some of them are allegedly very upset with Taylor over the whole ordeal. It’s a sensitive and disturbing situation, but a Netflix star couldn’t help but add some extra drama into the situation.

Nick Uhlenhuth had a shady response to ABC’s decision

Nick Uhlenhuth recently took to social media to respond to the Bachelorette chaos. He knows a thing or two about dating shows. He was a finalist in the first season of Perfect Match. Which makes his comment all the more interesting.

“I can’t stop thinking about all the dudes on The Bachelorette who were planning on becoming online personal trainer influencers, and now it’s not even airing,” he wrote in a Threads post on March 20.

Is this Nick’s way of saving that he only went on Perfect Match, not to mention his stints on Netflix’s The Circle and Battle Camp, all for money?

Nevertheless, there is no way fans can know the real intentions of the contestants now that the season won’t air. But, there may be some loopholes for their on-screen journeys to still be shown and for them to make their Hollywood debut.

Maybe Season 22 footage can be changed into a documentary? ABC is supposedly losing millions of dollars by scrapping this season, so it wouldn’t be surprising to see the network find a way to save it.

The Bachelorette is streaming on Hulu and Disney+.
