There is officially a new member of the Puth family. Charlie Puth and Brooke Sansone announced in October that they were expecting their first child. The See You Again singer and Brooke began dating each other in 2022. The two were family friends for a while before striking up a romantic relationship.
After announcing their engagement in 2023, the couple tied the knot a year later. Charlie previously shared news of their upcoming child in a clip from the music video for his song Changes.

Charlie and Brooke are parents revealing their baby boy to the public on Instagram Monday. The caption of the joint post by the couple read “Hey Jude,” with the little guy’s full name being Jude Crawford Puth. While news of the child is surfacing publicly for the first time today, the couple have had a few days of private time with their son. Jude was born on March 13.
Online, the couple couldn’t contain their happiness about the newcomer. Brooke made a second post on her Instagram account calling Jude “my whole world.” For his part, Charlie went on his TikTok account to spread the good news, fittingly playing the Beatles’ hit song Hey Jude on the piano while holding his son.
The early days with his son might be limited for a little while. Charlie is going on the road for the Whatever’s Clever! World Tour, which begins on April 22 in San Diego. It will be to promote his upcoming album of that same name, which comes out on March 27.
In December, it was confirmed that Charlie would be performing at the Super Bowl, which took place in February. While he admitted that he’ll never be able to hold a candle to Whitney Houston, Charlie did say that he had a special arrangement planned for his performance. Charlie performed the national anthem before the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots squared off in the Super Bowl last month.
