Friend reveals how Usher reacted to Justin Bieber fight rumors

In a conversation on Rickey Smiley’s Morning Show, Da Brat shared details on whether there was a “heated exchange” between Usher and Bieber at the Oscars after-party. She said, “Well, I spoke to Usher, and he said, ‘This is an exaggeration of conversation. He’s been nothing but supportive of plenty of issues that Justin Bieber has had throughout the years, and y’all can actively check the records for all that.

She further revealed that Bieber is currently on his “own journey,” focusing on his issues, but clarified that there’s no bitterness between him and Usher. The ‘U Got It Bad’ singer wants “nothing but the best” for the Canadian musician.

Explaining why their interaction was blown out of proportion at the party, she added, “They definitely love each other, so people just take things out of context when they see something and they run with it, and I’m just here to say that is not the issue. They are definitely cool with each other, and they have love and they support each other.”

She also confirmed that Usher and Bieber did interact at the Oscars’ afterparty, but it wasn’t a massive argument that people have speculated it to be. She believes that while the duo was having a conversation, someone overheard it and twisted it, making it look like they got into an intense argument. However, she reassured everyone that, in reality, there’s no “hostility” between them.
