Bravo has introduced us to a whole bunch of real estate agents over the years, but when Kylie Jenner decided to list her Hidden Hills mansion, she called up none other than Josh Altman from Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles. Bravo might have paused that show, but those multimillion-dollar deals definitely haven’t stopped.
Kylie Jenner’s Hidden Hills mansion is on the market
Kylie just listed her Hidden Hills mansion for a whopping $20.25 million. She originally spent $12 million on the house when she purchased it nearly a decade ago. She was just 19 years old at the time. Now, according to Realtor.com, she is ready to let go of the property, and she’s looped in the former MDLLA star to make it happen.
Of course, this house is absolutely massive and has more amenities than some towns. The 13,200-square-foot home boasts eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a gym, a game room, a courtyard, a massage room, a swimming pool and spa, and a home theater.
Josh and Kylie’s new listing comes just months after The Kardashians star listed a Holmby Hills compound for $48 million. That means she has a total of $68.25 million of real estate on the market. Keep in mind, this girl isn’t even 30 yet.
While Kyle works on offloading these multimillion-dollar properties, she’s been hard at work building a new fortress from the ground up. In 2020, she purchased a plot of land in the Hidden Hills area for $15 million, and slowly but surely, she’s been building a dream house for her family.
She’s been keeping her followers in the loop throughout the whole process, and it’s nearing completion. When it’s done, the megamansion will boast an underground parking garage, a marble bathroom, a two-story closet, and a dramatic spiral staircase. Perhaps Josh will sell that one in ten years when Kylie is ready for another upgrade.
