Donald Trump addressed the allegations surrounding Bryon Noem during a phone call with the Daily Mail. Reacting to the reports, he said, “They confirmed it? Wow, well, I feel badly for the family if that’s the case, that’s too bad.” He made it clear, however, that he had not personally verified the claims. “I haven’t seen anything. I don’t know anything about it. That’s too bad, but I just know nothing about it,” Trump added.
The controversy began after a Daily Mail investigation published on March 31 claimed that Kristi Noem’s husband had been active in online fetish forums. The report includes messages and photos tied to him, some of which show him dressed in pink hot pants and wearing large prosthetics.
According to the same report, Bryon is said to have spent at least $25,000 interacting with fetish models in what is described as the “bimbofication” scene. Messages cited in the investigation reportedly show him praising the models and expressing explicit preferences, while also referencing his marriage.
A representative for Kristi Noem responded to the situation in a statement to the New York Post, saying, “Ms. Noem is devastated. The family was blindsided by this, and they ask for privacy and prayers at the time.” Kristi Noem and her husband have been married since 1992 and have three children together: Kassidy, Kennedy, and Booker.
The reports surfaced just weeks after Kristi Noem was dismissed from her role in the Department of Homeland Security. Her exit followed a series of tense congressional hearings focused on immigration policies and other decisions during her tenure. She also faced separate scrutiny over reported associations with political adviser Corey Lewandowski, though those claims were strongly denied. So far, there has been no direct response from Kristi Noem or her husband.
