Donald Trump Spotted With Band-Aids After Health Rumors

President Donald Trump appeared in a new photo on Easter Sunday wearing two Band-Aids on his right hand, reigniting online chatter about his physical well-being after a multiday gap in his public schedule.

Trump resurfaced on Easter Sunday at his Trump National Golf Club in Sterling, Virginia. In a photo shared by influencer Meaghan Marie, he posed with his usual thumbs-up and a wide smile. But what stood out were two Band-Aids – one on his right thumb and another on his right index finger.

The photo also showed slight discoloration on the back of his right hand. This isn’t entirely new. In the past, the White House has said such marks are linked to a chronic bruise that is often covered with makeup.

Now, the timing of the sighting is what added to the buzz. Trump had not made a public appearance since the Iran war address earlier in the week, which led to unverified rumors that he had been hospitalized. The White House pushed back strongly, saying he had been working through the Easter weekend.

This isn’t the first time Donald Trump has been seen with Band-Aids. In December, similar bandaging on his hand was explained as a result of frequent handshaking. Months earlier, during a golf trip to Scotland, he was also photographed with multiple fingers covered in small bandages.

A medical report from July 17 had diagnosed him with chronic venous insufficiency and linked the bruising on his hand to both handshaking and long-term aspirin use. Trump himself said in an interview earlier this year that he has been taking 325 milligrams of aspirin daily for 25 years, which is higher than the usual recommended dose. There could be a simpler explanation, too. Golfers often use tape or Band-Aids to prevent blisters, something even Tiger Woods has done.

Despite the speculation around Donald Trump’s health, the White House has continued to dismiss concerns. For now, there has been no official indication of any new health issue.
