Blake Lively has reportedly found herself now in a “different fight.” The news came after a striking courtroom update in the legal case of the “Gossip Girl” alum against her “It Ends with Us” co-star and director, Justin Baldoni. A judge dismissed ten of Lively’s thirteen claims against the director, which included the sexual harassment allegations as well. However, a source claimed that the actor has refrained from “quitting,” despite the latest legal case update.

Blake Lively is reportedly not going to “quit” after the new ruling in her lawsuit against Justin Baldoni, where ten of her thirteen claims against him have been dismissed. The remaining claims allegedly include retaliation, aiding and abetting retaliation, and breach of contract. As reported by Rob Shuter’s Naughty But Nice, a source told them that the “A Simple Favor” actor feels “devastated.” The person continued, “She feels like her story isn’t being fully heard.” The person then added that, however, “Blake is not quitting.” The source then said, “She’s digging in.”
In the meantime, per the news outlet, the insider also claimed, “This just became a different fight.” The person continued, “Narrower — but more intense.” The insider further said that Blake Lively “wants her day in court.” The person continued, “She took a major hit.” The insider then claimed, “But now it’s personal — and she’s fighting back.”
Meanwhile, per Page Six, while addressing the latest court update in her case, Blake Lively wrote in her Instagram Stories on April 3, “I am grateful for the Court’s ruling which allows the heart of my case to be presented to a jury next month.” The actor continued, “and for the ability to finally tell my story in full at trial, for my own sake.” She further penned, “but also for those who don’t have the same opportunity to… many of whom I have known and loved deeply in my life.” She added, “and the countless I’ll never know.”
Blake Lively then wrote, “The last thing I wanted in my life was a lawsuit, but I brought this case because of the pervasive RETALIATION I faced.” The actor continued, “and continued to, for privately and professionally asking for a safe working environment for myself and others.” She further expressed, “I know it’s a privilege to be able to stand up.” “I will not waste it,” added the actor.
