Blake Lively’s Strategy Is Not Working, Ryan Reynolds Starting to ‘Wobble’ — Source

Blake Lively is continuing her legal battle against Justin Baldoni after a sexual harassment claim dismissal, with trial set for May 18 in New York. However, sources say the fight is affecting her life and even her biggest supporter, her husband, Ryan Reynolds, has also started to “wobble.”

Sources claim this ‘fight’ is affecting everything in Blake Lively’s life

Blake Lively seems to be keen on continuing her legal battle against co-star Justin Baldoni, even after a key sexual harassment claim in her lawsuit was dismissed by the judge. But it seems her near and dear ones are feeling the pinch of the legal woes, as sources told Rob Shutter that “People around Blake are begging her to settle,” as they think the legal battle has already done enough damage.

“This is not the win she thinks it is,” a source said, adding that after the judgment, her case has gotten “weaker now” and “not stronger.” But looks like the actress is not taking a step back as she is “framing this as something bigger,” explained the insider. “A fight about ‘digital violence’ and speaking out.”

However, not everyone thinks her strategy is working, as the longer the case “drags on,” the case will get worse and will take a toll on their reputation as well as on their profession. Moreover, after months of supporting his wife, even Ryan Reynolds seems to be feeling the strain as “even he’s starting to wobble” as it is affecting everything from their image, careers, and relationships.

And looking at how things are turning out, people close to Lively fear that if the actress “keep going,” she may “lose a lot more before this is over.” The development comes after Judge Lewis Liman dismissed 10 of 13 allegations of Lively’s lawsuit, per BBC. The judge left in place three claims – breach of contract, retaliation, and aiding and abetting in retaliation – which will now go to a civil trial next month in New York.
