Jack Black Wears Lacey Lingerie in SNL Skit That Didn’t Make the Cut

In a hilarious turn of events, Jack Black rocked lacey lingerie in an SNL sketch that never aired. The unreleased sketch promises to be one of the most side-splitting moments in SNL history. While the sketch was left on the cutting room floor, it’s clear that Black’s infectious energy and the sultry lingerie made for an unforgettable combination.

In a jaw-dropping display of comedic fearlessness, Jack Black slipped into lingerie for a Saturday Night Live skit. This past weekend, the Anaconda star joined the esteemed ranks of SNL’s five-time hosts. An all-star club that includes Jonah Hill, Candice Bergen, and Melissa McCarthy welcomed him to the prestigious club.

The show was a riot, with Black’s signature brand of irreverent humor driving the outrageous sketches. But one sketch stole the show, even though it didn’t make the final cut. Simon’s Life, a sidesplitting sketch featuring Black and Andrew Dismukes in lace lingerie, is now live on SNL’s YouTube page.

The skit kicks off with Martin Herlihy introducing his awkward cousin Simon, who’s got trouble making friends and connecting with new people. Simon (Martin Herlihy) tries to hit on a woman (Jane Wickline), showcasing his questionable life highlights, like a car-shaped bed.

Things, however, take a turn when Simon, aka El Tigre, gets a bit too exposed. A quirky polycule with Ashley Padilla, John Higgins, and Chloe Fineman makes up his weirdly enviable community life. But things get even weirder when Simon’s mom’s boyfriend reveals a big secret. Dismukes then struts into a lingerie-clad scene, touting, “When it comes to lingerie, why let women have all the fun?”

The plot thickens when Simon’s cousin walks in on his girlfriend with Jack Black. “It’s not her fault!” Black shouts, hiding under the sheets. “No one can resist the power,” he then declares, “the power of my lingerie!” The Jumanji actor then throws off the covers, revealing a sultry pink set, and strikes a pose for the camera. Saturday Night Live is broadcast live every Saturday on NBC and streams on Peacock.
