A latest report has suggested that Gwyneth Paltrow’s marriage to Brad Falchuk might be in trouble. According to a source, the “Marty Supreme” star “gets very snappy” with her husband whenever she is not in a good mood. Additionally, she even gets irritated due to the gentle nature of her husband.
Brad Falchuk’s ‘meek, gentle nature’ is a problem for Gwyneth Paltrow, claims source
Gwyneth Paltrow’s marriage to Brad Falchuk might reportedly be on the rocks as the actor, at times, gets irritated with the gentle nature of her producer husband. “Brad is the most supportive guy, and Gwyneth loves him, but whenever she’s in a bad mood she can be very dismissive,” an insider told Star magazine.
The source suggested that, given Paltrow’s high profile relationships with Hollywood veterans like Ben Affleck and Brad Pitt, she “has a taste for bad boys.” However, her husband of seven years has a “meek, gentle nature that can grate on her nerves.”
Meanwhile, her 21-year-old daughter, Apple Martin, who has known her stepdad “since she was 10,” has allegedly stepped in to help. Since the “Glee” producer has “always been great to her,” Apple “feels protective of him.” So, she asks her mom to be “nicer” when the “Shakespeare in Love” star gets irritated with Falchuk. “And to Gwyneth’s credit, she usually listens,” the insider revealed.
The couple first met in 2010 during Paltrow’s guest appearance as substitute teacher Holly Holliday on the hit musical comedy series “Glee.” However, at the time, the star was married to her ex-husband, Chris Martin, and Falchuk was married to producer Suzanne Bukinik.
But after splitting from their respective spouses, the duo began dating in August 2014, going public with their romance in April 2015, at Robert Downey Jr.’s 50th birthday party, as per PEOPLE. The lovebirds then secretly got engaged in 2017 before marrying in 2018.
