Welcome back to your Ladies of London: The New Reign recap!

In last week’s episode, it all kicked off between, well, pretty much everyone at Martha’s My Fair Lady-themed garden party. While some of the ladies made digs about each other’s choice of outfits, other members of the cast dug a little deeper. Margo and Kimi got into a spat about being “fake,” with Mark Francis joining in, too.

Meanwhile, Martha and Kimi had a heart-to-heart about their friendship, prompting the latter to (shockingly!) shed a lot of tears. So, what happened next? Here’s everything that went down in Ladies of London Season 4 Episode 7!

What happened in Ladies of London Season 4 Episode 7?

Ladies of London Season 4 Episode 7 was all about celebrations … and confrontations. Margo marked her husband’s return to London with a 4th of July party with her family. Meanwhile, Myka hosted a polo-themed birthday party, which had just as much action off the polo field as it did on it! Yep, the tension between Mark-Francis, Kimi, and Margo continued to bubble over, despite the best efforts of Martha and Missè.

My fair ladies?

After a sweaty workout led by Myka’s brother, Bron, a few of the ladies debriefed on the drama from Martha’s My Fair Lady-themed party in the previous episode. Myka asked how Margo was doing after her “tough” confrontations with Kimi and Mark-Francis. To that, the American replied, “I feel really bullied and really attacked.”

In an attempt to stick up for her friend, Martha reminded Margo that Kimi has a “heart of gold,” but that she can be a “tiger” in certain situations. “If you’re on the wrong side of those claws, it’s vicious,” she continued.

Myka then piped up and pointed out that perhaps the reason Margo and Kimi clash so often is that, actually, they’re pretty similar. Meanwhile, the ladies all agreed that the drama with Mark-Francis boils down to his desire to “be funny.”

“Sometimes what he says to be funny is just cruel,” said Martha, with Margo replying: “I think he’s so insecure … he’s desperate for everyone to like him.”

Mark-Francis and Kimi met up

While the other ladies shared their versions of events from Martha’s picnic, Mark-Francis and Kimi also met to discuss what went down. “I don’t even know who Martha is when she’s around Margo,” Kimi protested, going on to claim that her bestie is being “manipulated.”

“I thought Martha was smarter than that,” Mark-Francis shadily replied. Regardless, him and Kimi both agreed that Martha’s “kind” nature is the reason she often gets into such sticky situations with those around her. “It really grates me to see someone taken advantage of,” Kimi added in a confessional. “I think Margo is just using her.”

A brief moment of peace

At Myka’s polo-themed birthday party, the Ladies of London cast reunited in a brief moment of peace. Emma made a welcome return from her trip to Kenya, where she ran (or, in her words, “walked, jogged”) the Tusk 10K. “I feel so thrilled to have done it,” she said of the charity run.

Margo, Martha, and Missè also arrived in good spirits, seemingly having put the previous week’s picnic behind them. Lottie then turned up, all smiles – albeit in her husband’s suit. “I can’t fit into any of my own clothes anymore,” the mom-to-be revealed.

As Kimi made her entrance, however, the group agreed in unison that “trouble has arrived.”

“I wore my white flowers for peace,” Kimi said to rival Margo. “Do you think it will help?” she replied, to which Kimi said: “I don’t know, but I’m channelling it.” The ladies then clinked their drink glasses together … but will their reconciliation last?

Martha made progress

Beyond the drama, Ladies of London is ultimately about the ladies, which is perhaps why so much of this week’s episode focused on Martha. As well as getting an insight into her wellness journey following a difficult few years, viewers also learned about the socialite’s passion for horses, which she got to indulge in at Myka’s party.

After telling viewers about how much she misses horse riding – something she has avoided for years as it reminds her of the “life” she no longer gets to live – Martha got back in the saddle. “Oh god, I’ve missed it so much,” she told Kimi after her canter around the polo playing field. “I was so happy to be on that horse. Literally, I feel like the world has been lifted off my shoulders,” she went on. “I feel like Martha again.”

Missè tried to mend

Having heard the drama from both sides, Missè tried to mend things between Mark-Francis, Margo, and Kimi. “The bottom line is that Margo is actually a really nice person,” she said to Mark-Francis in a one-on-one chat.

Missè then accused her co-star of being two-faced, by saying “one thing” to Margo and “another thing” behind her back. That, however, didn’t do anything to build bridges. Mark-Francis adamantly replied: “Well, I’m very happy to say absolutely nothing to her, or behind her. She is of no consequence to me.” Ouch!

Trying to tug on the heartstrings, Missè revealed to Mark-Francis that Margo had been crying over the ordeal. “Remember, sweetie, she’s an actress,” he said in response. “So many things matter in this world, and this isn’t one of them.”

Not willing to drop it, Missè even told Mark-Francis that Margo feels bullied, but he was having absolutely none of it. “Trust me, she’s a big girl, she’ll get over it,” the former Made in Chelsea star said.

Back at the polo party, meanwhile, Lottie and Margo watched the conversation between Mark-Francis and Missè fall to pieces. Margo then branded the whole situation “awkward.” Awkward? That’s putting it lightly!

Things ended with Mark-Francis walking off … although he put it down to being polite on Myka’s birthday. Hmmm, was that really a moment of good British etiquette, or just a way to avoid another confrontation?

Ladies of London: The New Reign continues on Thursdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
