Donald Trump called out Marjorie Taylor Greene on Truth Social while congratulating Clay Fuller on winning Georgia’s 14th runoff election. He will be replacing Greene, who resigned earlier this year following her fallout with Trump. The former MAGA supporter has openly criticized Trump on several occasions, with the most recent instance being her calling him out over his threats to Iran, where he claimed, “a whole civilization will die” if they don’t reach a deal to reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
Donald Trump calls out Marjorie Taylor Greene in new post
Donald Trump recently took to Truth Social to slam Greene and congratulate her replacement, Fuller, for winning the Georgia elections. He wrote, “Marjorie “Traitor” Brown’s (GREEN TURNS TO BROWN UNDER STRESS!) seat in Congress has been taken over by a wonderful and talented man, Clay Fuller, who won convincingly, and right from the beginning, despite many people running for that “TRUMP” +37 seat, and despite the stench left by Greene. ” He praised Fuller, calling him a major improvement over Greene, whom he openly referred to as a “deranged predecessor.”
During a conversation with Fox News, Fuller credited Trump, revealing that his endorsement contributed significantly to his win in Georgia. Extending his gratitude for Trump’s support, he added, “He was the difference-maker. He made all the difference in the world. It was the honour of my lifetime to be able to get his endorsement” (via BBC)
Trump’s social media post comes amid Greene openly calling him out over his threats to Iran, which he gave ahead of the conclusion of his 48-hour deadline. He wrote, “A whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again. I don’t want that to happen, but it probably will. However, now that we have Complete and Total Regime Change, where different, smarter, and less radicalized minds prevail, maybe something revolutionarily wonderful can happen, WHO KNOWS?”
Greene responded to Trump’s post on X (formerly Twitter), calling for “25TH AMENDMENT!!!” She further wrote, “Not a single bomb has dropped on America. We cannot kill an entire civilization. This is evil and madness.”
