Jake Paul recently shared his thoughts on a potential matchup with his brother, Logan Paul. He dropped a bombshell, predicting the outcome of a hypothetical showdown with his elder brother in both boxing and MMA. The prospect of the sibling duo facing off has left fans intrigued, sparking intense interest and speculation
Jake Paul weighs in on whether he can defeat Logan in boxing and MMA
Jake Paul has thrown his hat into the ring, sharing his candid thoughts on taking on his older brother Logan Paul in a high-stakes boxing match. The 29-year-old has expressed confidence in his ability to dominate Logan in a boxing match, stating that he would beat him “pretty easily” and that his brother would last only two or three rounds.
“In boxing, I would beat him pretty easily,” Jake said, during his recent appearance on CryptoMikli’s podcast. “I think he would probably agree but I think he would think it would be closer. He would last like two rounds with me in boxing, maybe three.”
However, he acknowledged that things might get tougher in an MMA setting. Logan’s wrestling background, both pro and freestyle, combined with his flexibility, would give him the edge. “In MMA, I think he would actually have the advantage because he is really good at wrestling, and he can do like the splits, so I’m pretty sure he could kick me in the head. Like he can kick high,” the boxing pro shared.
The idea of the Paul brothers facing off has sparked mixed reactions among fans on X (formerly Twitter). “Jake’s confidence is pretty high, but I’d love to see how that would actually play out in the ring,” tweeted an X user. Another wrote, “Logan is more naturally athletic, but Jake is the better boxer.” Meanwhile, another comment read, “Jake’s talkin’ big, Logan’s got grappling.”
Despite the hype, a fight between the Paul brothers is unlikely, as Jake has confirmed that their parents have always been opposed to the idea of them fighting each other, regardless of the setting.
