Kylie Kelce reveals Jason made a rookie parenting mistake after father-daughter golfing date
During the latest episode of Kylie Kelce’s podcast, “Not Gonna Lie with Kylie,” the ‘tomato pie enthusiast’ opened up about how toddlers and their tantrums happen to be one of the biggest concerns for mothers everywhere. She also gave out the ultimate tantrum hack to help out parents everywhere. But that’s not all. She also opened up about how her husband, Jason Kelce, made a rookie parenting mistake after a father-daughter golfing date, which was pretty surprising.
While discussing this, she explained how her daughter, Wyatt, has been having a lot of fun playing golf lately. She further explained, “Jason took Wyatt to the driving range, and Wyatt came back in last night, with an ice cream in her hand, and she said, ‘I won golf.’ To be fair, after seeing the clip that my niece sent me, I was like, yeah, you kind of did win golf. That was an outstanding drive.”
However, while explaining more about Jason’s mistake, she further added, “The issue is that he only took one child. Then, she came back with ice cream. And, they had no more ice cream. Hmm. Interesting. So then Jason said, ‘What’s wrong?’ This was when they came in, and she was standing in the doorway with her ice cream, staring at her sisters with a smirk on her face, and I said, ‘Well, it’s one thing to take the child out of the house for individual attention and solo time with dad activity. But, it’s another thing to come back in the house with the ice cream.’”
Kylie continued, “He was like, ‘You’re right.’ I was like, that was a finish in the car, and don’t get out until that happens situation.“ Kelce further added that if Wyatt told her sisters that she ate ice cream, it still would’ve been better than eating it in their faces. But that’s now all because, “When Benny looked at her and said, ‘Can I have a taste?’ She looked at her and said, ‘No.’ She’s ruthless, that one.”
