Blake Lively is set to go against Justin Baldoni at trial next month. But, just weeks before she faces her former It Ends With Us co-star in court, Blake has reportedly filed documents to block the jury from hearing any details about her and Ryan Reynolds’ finances.
Blake Lively’s case against Justin Baldoni is set to go to trial

In case you missed it (how!?) Blake is suing Justin over It Ends With Us, the adaptation of the Colleen Hoover novel of the same name. As well as accusing Justin of sexual harassment during the film’s production, Blake has alleged that his production company, Wayfarer Studios, retaliated against her when she complained.
In her initial defamation claim against Justin, Blake said she had lost more than a $100 million. Although this case was thrown out by a judge, she is still set to go against Justin in court next month. At that trial, she will present her claim that he retaliated against her and created a hostile work environment. Justin has always denied Blake’s allegations and also tried to countersue.
So, why does Blake want her finances kept quiet? The answer to that is … well, who knows. TMZ reported on the documents, but little is known as to why Blake made this move. Since her defamation claim – which related to her loss of earnings – was thrown out, it’s unclear why her finances would have any relevance to the case. But perhaps that will change when the trial kicks off.
Nonetheless, fans will already know that she and husband Ryan are sitting on a hefty net worth. Together, they are worth an estimated $380 million. That’s perhaps unsurprising, given their career histories. After making her name on Gossip Girl, Blake has worked on a string of TV series and movies. Ryan, meanwhile, has starred in blockbuster after blockbuster for decades.
