The son of two former reality stars wasn’t hard to catch for the police this past weekend. King Harris was arrested in a Pikachu onesie during a traffic stop. One of seven children in the blended family of T.I. and Tiny was clocked doing 60 in a 45 zone in the wee hours of Sunday morning.
After noticing a firearm near him in his vehicle, King was asked to get out. It turns out that wasn’t the only thing cops discovered.
King Harris was arrested and booked in Georgia
A representative for the Gwinnett County Police Department told TMZ that King initially refused to leave his vehicle. That’s when the officer arrested him and searched the vehicle. They reportedly found a vape pen with 10 milligrams of THC inside. According to court documents, King is facing a felony charge for possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of wilful obstruction of law enforcement officers. In addition, he was ticketed for speeding and a seatbelt violation.
King’s parents have had their share of run-ins with the law. T.I. first began dealing drugs as a teenager, having been arrested multiple times. He’s also had several other arrests for violating parole and public disorder, while also being convicted on federal weapons charges. Tiny was arrested in 2010. After a traffic stop, she was found to have ecstasy. Tiny reportedly filed for divorce from T.I. six years later, though they later worked things out.
By the sounds of it, King appears unconcerned about his arrest. He posted pictures about it all online while poking fun at his Pokémon outfit. King also shared a photo of himself flipping off the camera while saying he was going to have sex with the officer’s wife.
This isn’t the only time King has been in legal trouble. In 2024, he was booked for allegedly hitting a cop car while leaving a gas station. An officer apparently smelled weed inside his vehicle at the time.
