There’s some legal drama surrounding the Jenner family. Kylie’s name is being dragged through the mud by her former housekeeper. Angelica Vasquez is suing the reality star whom she began working for in 2024.
According to Angelica, the working conditions she was under were far from ideal and created a very uncomfortable environment for her. She alleges there was plenty of unacceptable behavior which took place at the Hidden Hills home by fellow employees. Things got so bad in her eyes that she resigned last summer. According to court documents, though, she still lives with the horrors that the experience caused her.
The lawsuit alleges harassment and discrimination
If the allegations are true, Angelica experienced her own kind of hell working at Kylie’s home. According to documents obtained by US Weekly, the former housekeeper experienced “hostility and exclusion” from other staff members during her tenure. She alleges to being “subjected to severe and pervasive harassment” by others on the staff.
Among the claims made by Angelica are that she was discriminated against, while her supervisors allegedly snapped their fingers at her and shouted. She also claims that other employees falsely accused her of misconduct. Angelica is suing Kylie for harassment, and discrimination, among other claims.
All the alleged aggression against her and accusations took a toll on the former housekeeper. Allegedly, she developed “anxiety, severe stress and symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder,” because of the working conditions. Along with that, there are allegations that not all of her wages were paid to her, including overtime compensation. Her business expenses were also said not to be reimbursed. The woman from El Salvador is seeking a jury trial to resolve this matter.
