MrBeast Responds to Sexual Harassment and Autoeroticism Lawsuit Claims

A prominent YouTuber is dismissing some explosive allegations against him. MrBeast is speaking out against claims of sexual harassment and creating a toxic work culture. According to Beast Industries, there is plenty of evidence to suggest these allegations aren’t true. Their belief is that the goal of a recent lawsuit against them is to get a big payday. They are decrying the self-pleasuring, sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit.

This is far from the first time Beast Industries has been the subject of controversy like this. In the past, there have been plenty of cultural complaints against them, which they have denied.

The way Beast Industries allegedly conducts business is once again being questioned. Lorrayne Mavromatis filed a motion against the company alleging she was “excluded from otherwise all-male meetings, demeaned in front of colleagues, harassed,” according to New York Magazine Vulture. She reportedly worked at the home of Prime Video’s Beast Games from 2002 to 2025.

According to her filings, Lorrayne says that she faced threats of demotion and termination. She says this occurred when she began making a fuss about the supposed working conditions. Her lawsuit accuses Beast Industries of violating the federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Along with that, she alleges they inflicted emotional distress on her and wrongfully fired her.

For their part, Beast Industries says they have more than enough evidence to refute these allegations. That includes “Slack and WhatsApp messages, company documents, and witness testimony.” They are accusing Lorrayne and her lawyers of trying to manufacture “a payday from us.” To make their point, they shared a screenshot of Lorrayne’s 2025 signature on the receipt for the employee handbook. This outlines the FMLA and the company’s parental leave policies. She claims that she was kept in the dark about their alleged boys club environment.

Despite the complaint’s reports, it appears Lorrayne is open to settling this matter out of court. Sources claim that her attorneys have proposed a big bucks solution. Beast Industries has reportedly rejected that proposal.
