Clavicular’s past is coming back to haunt him. The controversial influencer’s freedom is at stake after a livestream showed him shooting an alligator. The man born Braden Eric Peters has had a polarizing impact on the public, perhaps best known for his looksmaxxing content.
While he has over half a million followers on Instagram, Clavicular’s extreme videos and livestreams can be rather intense. Among the things he’s done are using methamphetamine and taking anabolic steroids.
Troubled Clavicular facing a year in jail if convicted

His extreme ways may cost Clavicular in the future. TMZ reports that he’s been charged with one count of discharging a firearm in a public place, which constitutes a misdemeanor. According to prosecutors, he did so unlawfully and knowingly in a public place or over the right-of-way of a public paved road, highway, or street, or over occupied premises. He could be facing up to a year behind bars if found guilty.
This formal charge against the streamer came over a month after his arrest for that shooting. The alligator shooting reportedly occurred at the Everglades and Francis S. Taylor Wildlife Management Area. He was in the middle of a streaming marathon at the time. He whipped out his handgun and fired several shots at the gator as his target. The Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission launched an investigation following the incident.
Clavicular’s issues have been piling up recently. In late April, it was reported that he was being sued for battery and emotional distress, among other things, by a fellow influencer. He has denied those allegations. Clavicular was treated in the hospital last month following a suspected overdose during a live stream. As a result, he was dropped by his representative. Meanwhile, his YouTube channels were recently deleted.
His attorneys, Steven Kramer and Jeffrey Neiman, claim no one was harmed in the shooting. They say when the court learns the whole story, they are confident “people will see this for what it is.” Two others were hit with the same charges as Clavicular.
