Euphoria star Chloe Cherry defended Sydney Sweeney from the comments she attracts for her body. She says that Sweeney does not deserve to be oversexualized due to her “huge breasts.”
Cherry, formerly a part of the adult entertainment industry, was discovered by director Sam Levinson to play the role of Faye Valentine, along with a cast that includes Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney, and Jacob Elordi.

Cherry has become vocal about the public sexualization of Sweeney amid scrutiny around Sweeney’s adult-content character in Euphoria Season 3.
Sweeney plays Cassie Howard, a teenage addict who turns hypersexual and spirals into self-destructive behavior after a heartbreak. The character has been sensationalized with nude images and an OnlyFans storyline, inviting inappropriate public attention.
Cherry said that women born with “huge breasts” like Sweeney are often sexualized, “whether they want it or not.” Referring to Sweeney’s character in Euphoria, Cherry said, “Cassie didn’t choose to look how she looks, but everybody treats her in such a specific way because of how she looks.”
The actress who had a successful OnlyFans page before she transitioned to acting believes that the rising popularity of the platform is a telltale sign about where society is headed and the economy it operates in. “So, I just think that a lot of this stuff is just capitalism,” Cherry added. “I definitely would say that the number of people that are on OnlyFans today is 100 million percent a sign of the economy.”
According to her, young women with “no family support” are increasingly turning to OnlyFans as an income source. This is driven by “the economy going to the absolute dogs.”
HBO’s gritty teenage drama premiered in June 2019 and is believed to end after Season 3 in 2026.
