Jennifer Lopez‘s kid, Emme, has seemingly been going by a new name. The 18-year-old has reportedly been identified as Oskar Muñiz in a resurfaced Instagram post. It was initially uploaded in March to a page related to the Windward High School 2026 batch graduation. Although it has now seemingly been taken down, the new name has caught everyone’s attention. For those unversed, JLo shares her twins, Max and Emme/Oskar, with her ex-husband, Marc Anthony.
Jennifer Lopez’s child Emme seemingly debuts new name at high school graduation ceremony
One of Jennifer Lopez’s kids, Emme, seemed to have a new name. While the online post from the “Windward ‘26 College Decisions” page has been taken down, Page Six has added the screenshots. It appeared to be an account documenting college seniors’ plans after graduation. According to Emme’s post, the 18-year-old would reportedly go by the name Oskar Muñiz.
With a throwback photo, the post’s caption read, “Oskar to Sarah Lawrence!” Furthermore, it mentioned that there would be “no more impromptu NYC trips because he’ll be living there!” It seemed JLo’s child would attend college in New York City for the next phase of life.
Addressing the teen’s fondness for theatre, the caption further read, “Good thing it’s only a few hours away from Stagedoor. Go gryphons!! Congrats!” According to the photo, Oskar appeared to be studying “Theater and Studio Arts” at Sarah Lawrence College. Meanwhile, the picture featured Lopez’s kid in the toddler phase. With their curly hair tied up in two ponytails, Oskar flaunted a toothy smile in a pink and white sundress.
Earlier, the 56-year-old singer shared how she has been dealing with her empty nest. As both her kids have gone off to college, Lopez admitted to going through an emotional rollercoaster. During her appearance on the “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” show, she told the host that the diva has been “crying for two months.”
