The Prince and Princess of Wales’ official Instagram shared a photo of William and Charlotte with the caption: “Happy birthday and Father’s Day to the best Papa in the World! We love you very much. In the photo, William is dressed in the uniform of the Welsh Guards, of which he serves as the colonel (via Today). In the snap, he has sweetly put an arm around his daughter as they smile for a picture.
