Former Boxer Adrien Broner Accused of Sexual Battery in New Lawsuit

Former boxing champion Adrien Broner now faces serious legal allegations after a woman filed a civil lawsuit accusing him of sexual battery. The complaint also names streaming personality Deen the Great and platform Kick over claims tied to several livestreamed incidents.

Broner has not publicly responded to the lawsuit. His representatives also have not commented.

The lawsuit details allegations against Adrien Broner stemming from an alleged incident in Las Vegas

According to TMZ, Havana Saint alleged Broner invited her and several friends to an after-party on June 2, 2026. She claimed he encouraged her to drink heavily until she felt unable to drive home.

The lawsuit stated that Saint accepted Broner’s offer to stay at the house for the night. She alleged Broner repeatedly pressured her to engage in sexual activity, including intercourse, oral sex, and a hand job. She also claimed he exposed his genitals and grabbed her hand after she repeatedly told him no and explained she was not interested in men.

Saint alleged she returned to the house the following day for another gathering. She claimed Broner again tried to kiss, touch, and pull her upstairs despite her repeated refusals. The complaint stated she laughed during parts of the encounter because she wanted to hide her fear and discomfort.

According to Complex, Saint also described another incident on June 8. She alleged Broner pulled her from a livestream residence and pressured her to go to his Encino home. Once there, she claimed he again asked for sex, which she declined.

The lawsuit further alleged Broner dumped a bucket of ice water on Saint during a livestream viewed by roughly 20,000 people. She claimed the incident humiliated her after clips spread online. Saint also accused Broner of falsely suggesting on livestream that the two had sexual contact before later changing his story.

The complaint also accused Deen the Great of falsely telling viewers that Saint “slept with everybody.” Saint sued Broner for sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment, gender violence, and additional claims. She also sued Broner and Deen the Great for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The lawsuit further named Kick, alleging the platform acted negligently by failing to remove content or suspend the accounts involved.
