Alix Earle’s See-Through STARLIT Dress Leaves Little to the Imagination

Alix Earle took vacation style to a daring new level during a night out in Sardinia, Italy. The influencer turned heads in a white STARLIT maxi dress for an evening on the water, opting for a barely-there open-knit design that added a bold and sultry touch to her look.

Alix Earle’s knitted STARLIT dress is completely see-through for ‘magical’ yacht night

Alix Earle shared several photos from the yacht outing on Instagram, simply captioning the carousel, “magical nightttt”. Her dress, however, needed considerably less introduction.

The strapless white number featured a textured, almost floral-looking knit across the bust before transitioning into an extremely open crochet construction around the torso. The see-through panel stretched from just beneath the bust to the hips, putting Earle’s midsection fully on display.

Strategically placed sections of denser white knit provided contrast around the hips, while the open-knit fabric returned below, extending all the way down the floor-length skirt. The result was a dress that alternated between textured panels and dramatically sheer sections from top to bottom.

STARLIT shared footage of Earle modeling the same piece, calling it the brand’s “favorite summer knit”. In the video, she turned to show the back of the strapless silhouette. Additionally, she was seen dancing and twerking in the video along with her friend.

For her Sardinia outing, Earle let the statement dress do most of the work. She wore her blonde hair pulled into a low ponytail with loose, face-framing pieces and kept her accessories understated. The neutral styling was especially striking against the warm sunset surrounding the yacht.

One photo showed Earle posing beside the railing as the sun disappeared behind the coastline and boats filled the water in the distance. Another captured the dress from behind, highlighting just how much of its construction relied on that intricate, see-through knit.

It was equal parts beach cover-up and evening gown, and for a “magical” night on a yacht, Earle clearly wasn’t interested in playing it safe.
