Jake Quickenden cleared the air after his shock split from Sophie Church and Katie Price rumors. The X Factor star addressed both stories while focusing on his children and future.
The television personality and Sophie announced their separation in May after years together. Their breakup surprised followers who had watched their family life online.

Speaking to The Sun at the UK Hair and Beauty Awards, Jake said he remained positive. He also dismissed suggestions that hostility surrounded his Jake Quickenden Sophie Church split.
“I’m definitely in a good place,” Jake said. “There has been a lot going on, but for me, my kids are what comes first over everything.”
Jake and Sophie shared sons Leo, five, and Kit, one. Sophie also had an older son, Freddie, from a previous relationship. Jake said their family remained the priority despite their romantic relationship ending.
“Sophie and I are in a good place,” he explained. “There was no kind of malice there or anything like that.”
He added that they would always put their children first. Jake said moving forward and making his children happy continued to drive him. The Katie Price speculation began during the Manchester awards ceremony. Katie told the audience that Ben Shephard had suggested Jake could suit her.
“Me? No way,” Jake replied after Katie revealed the matchmaking suggestion. She then pressed him for an answer about whether she was his type.
Jake appeared flustered but kept the exchange light. “You’re a beautiful lady, Kate, get on with the awards!” he told her.
Despite reports of flirting, the publication said their interaction remained playful. Katie reportedly focused on her children, Junior and Princess, throughout the evening. Jake also stayed busy with his hosting duties at Manchester’s AO Arena. He returned as the ceremony’s host for his fourth consecutive year.
“It gets bigger and better every single time,” Jake said about the event. He said he enjoyed celebrating people who rarely received recognition.
Jake also discussed his growing television career and work on This Morning. “Presenting, I think, and acting is the way I want to go,” he said. For now, the X Factor Jake Quickenden drama appeared simpler than the headlines suggested. No feud existed with Sophie, and no romance developed with Katie.
