Zara Larsson Says ‘B***h I’m a Grammy Nominated Artist’ in a Fun Way

Zara Larsson is leaning into a milestone moment, and doing it with humor. The 28-year-old pop star marked a major career achievement on social media with a playful fashion statement that quickly caught fans’ attention. The post arrives as Larsson enjoys a surge of momentum, with chart success, viral moments, and her first-ever Grammy nomination all colliding at once.

Zara Larsson’s fun T-shirt proudly states ‘b***h I’m a Grammy nominated artist’

On Instagram today, Zara Larsson posted a sunset-lit photo of herself standing on a balcony overlooking a glowing city skyline. In the image, she looks down with a relaxed smile, wearing a cropped graphic T-shirt emblazoned with the phrase “B***h I’m a Grammy nominated artist.” Larsson paired the photo with her own song, “Midnight Sun,” which played over the post.

The timing is no coincidence. The song was released in June last year as the title track from Larsson’s fifth studio album. It recently debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 and earned a nomination for Best Dance Pop Recording at the upcoming 2026 Grammy Awards. If confirmed at the ceremony, it would mark her first-ever Grammy nod.

What’s more, her 2015 breakout hit “Lush Life” has also re-entered the cultural conversation after going viral again, helped by a fan-led dance moment during her live shows. Meanwhile, her collaboration with PinkPantheress, “Stateside,” has climbed into the Top 40 as well.

While the T-shirt message may read bold, it reflects what has been a defining year for the Swedish pop star. Over the past several months, Larsson has balanced opening slots on major tours, headlined arena shows in Europe, and performed across North America — all while watching older and newer songs find fresh audiences online.

In a recent interview with PEOPLE, Larsson spoke candidly about what the nomination means to her. She said she felt “very seen” by the recognition, particularly because the song represents a project she was deeply involved in creatively. While she’s previously won multiple Swedish Grammys, she acknowledged that international recognition carries a different weight for her personally. “But that’s also why I sing in English,” Larsson said. “If you make it here, you make it anywhere.”
