Season 12 of Married to Medicine marks the second season of reality TV for Dr. Mimi Sanders, but it’s her first year as a full-time cast member. That means she had to sit on the couch for the entire reunion, which they filmed with Andy Cohen earlier this month. It’s a blessing and a curse.
Mimi recently appeared on Watch What Happens Live and teased a little bit about what we can expect from the Season 12 sitdown. According to her, there was one OG cast member who just couldn’t keep her mouth shut.

During the Sunday, February 22 episode of WWHL, Andy asked Mimi who annoyed her the most at the recent reunion. Without hesitation, Mimi called out Toya Bush-Harris.
“She’s an overtalker, and sometimes, you just gotta listen,” Mimi said.
Mimi’s answer shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise for M2M fans. Before Season 12 aired, Mimi’s friend Dr. Heavenly Kimes labeled Toya as the season’s villain. As the season has played out, we’ve seen Mimi repeatedly try to call it out.
Their relationship took its biggest turn when Toya invited the doctors to her new house for a pool party. Toya had a few cocktails, erupted at her husband, and then wound up getting mad at Heavenly and Mimi for supposedly egging things on. Whether or not they actually did that is up for interpretation.
Since then, Toya has gone online and criticized Mimi for trying to use her psychiatric background to coach the ladies through their drama. Mimi thinks she’s just holding Toya accountable for her behavior.
It sounds like we’ll be hearing much more on this at the reunion. Meanwhile, on WWHL, Andy shared his own observation about Toya’s reunion behavior.
“Her voice is very loud,” Andy added.
