Welcome back to your Ladies of London: The New Reign recap! In last week’s episode, the ladies met up for a paint and sip hosted by Kimi. But, the event proved to be more of a paint and squabble, as the Ladies of London struggled to move past the drama from Missè’s winery visit the previous week. With little to no resolution coming from that, what happened next? Here’s everything that went down in Ladies of London Season 4 Episode 5!
What happened in Ladies of London Season 4 Episode 5?

In Episode 5 – titled, “Martha in the Middle” – the ladies continued to argue about what Kimi said about Missè on the cab trip back from the winery, and how Margo’s decision to share this information had impacted the group dynamic. As the episode title suggests, it’s Margo that’s found herself in the most difficult situation, caught between two close friends who couldn’t be further apart from each other. Elsewhere in the episode, Lottie shared a sweet celebration with her family, while Mark-Francis spilled a secret he heard about Margo.
Kimi had a problem with Margo

Who knew one tiny comment made in a cab ride home from a winery could provide fodder for at least three episodes? Well, perhaps Margo knew exactly that when she shared Kimi’s private words to Missè.
“She repeated something and made it into something bigger than it was,” Kimi said of Margo in one of Episode 5’s opening scenes. “It was unnecessary. So, if anybody hurt Missè’s feelings, it was Margo.”
“Margo doesn’t give a flying f*ck about Missè, or what happened to Missè. Margo just wants to make a scene,” she went on.
To that, Myka asked Martha how she feels about being somewhat in the middle of it all. “I think this is going to go down to the wire,” Myka said. To that, Martha replied: “If I get involved, I’ll somehow get it wrong, and they’ll both turn on me.”
“I don’t want any part of it,” she went on. Famous last words.
It’s a boy

Away from the arguing, viewers got a glimpse into Lottie’s family life at her and Joshua’s gender reveal party. As she greeted friends and family at the party, the fashion icon explained how important these get-togethers are, given her father’s illness.
Slicing into their gender reveal cake, Lottie and Joshua learn they are expecting a baby boy. “I was dreaming of dresses and tiaras,” Lottie said, turning to tailor Joshua to add: “But now I’ve got a vision of mini suits.”
“Yes, the mini suits are coming,” he eagerly replied. “So cute,” she added. “We love to dress two people matching, but imagine a mini one as well.”
Martha confronted Margo

After arriving at her new rental property – costing an eye-watering $60,000 per month – Margo FaceTimed Martha but got more than she bargained for from the call.
“You told Missè something she didn’t need to know,” Martha said of Margo’s decision to tell her about Kimi’s comments. “No, she needed to know,” Margo defiantly replied.
“I think you’re both wrong and horrible right now,” Martha added, admitting that she feels “stuck in the middle” of the drama between her friends. “Kimi can be tough, but I know there’s a heart of gold in there,” she elaborated.
Who outmanoeuvred whom?

Clearly needing a break from the group dynamic, the cast spent an evening away from each other. At Emma’s house, Martha, Mark-Francis and Kimi discussed (again!) the Margo/Missè drama. Martha suggested that the real reason Kimi is upset is that she was “outmanoeuvred” by Margo on the drama front.
“You’re cross about that because you don’t want to apologize,” Martha said. “She’s just clamouring for attention,” Kimi responded, before also launching a tirade on Margo’s fashion sense. “She has bad style. Hideous. It’s so tacky.”
Uncomfortable with the gossip, Emma described Kimi’s approach as “aggressive” and said, “I’m having an allergic reaction to this.” Mark-Francis felt differently, however. “Ultimately, Kimi is a very fair person. She will always see things objectively.”
Meanwhile, at Margo’s house, Missè – who spent most of the time desperately pleading for an alcoholic drink (hard relate) – along with Myka and Lottie, wondered what the other ladies were talking about at their dinner party. Lottie joked that they should FaceTime the other ladies and tell them to “stop bitching,” prompting a surprised Margo to ask, “What would they bitch about?”
Margo then learned that Kimi is “gunning” for her following the paint and sip drama. Trying to explain what went down, Myka – who said in a confessional she’d never been “more uncomfortable” in her life – revealed that Kimi is not happy Margo spilled the tea about her car comments. Like, really? Did Margo not pick up on that already?
“Maybe Kimi should never speak to me again, then,” Margo replied. Bets on that? Unlikely, to be honest.
La vache folle

Back at Emma’s London flat, the conversation raged on between Martha and Kimi. “I don’t like you tonight. You’re being a bitch,” Martha told her, to which Kimi replied: “I’m consistent. At least there’s no surprises.”
“But you are being a cow,” Martha exclaimed, prompting Mark-Francis to offer a softer version in French: La vache folle.
As the conversation about Kimi being a “mad cow” died down, Mark-Francis brought up gossip about Margo that he heard at his series-opening garden party. Per the rumor mill, Margo has turned into a total “diva” since marrying her husband.
Elaborating on that, Mark-Francis told the others that Margo is “unrecognisable” since returning to the London scene. “She’s vain, she’s narcissistic, she’s obsessed with money,” he said of the rumors. “She has become insufferable, and it’s all about her all the time.”
“I don’t know if any of this is true, but it certainly comes across as being quite likely,” he continued of the gossip.
“I’m telling you now, she will fuck you over,” Kimi said to Martha after hearing the new rumors about Margo. This shocked Emma, who said she had never seen the pair have a “spat.”
“They are a double act,” Emma added of the pair’s usually tight bond.
Kimi and Missè faced off … again

Kimi and Missè met again at a cafe to try to resolve their drama. Things kicked off with a chat about Kimi’s Birkin bag, which Missè admitted helped her “hate” her lunch date a little less.
Birkins and buratta salad aside, Kimi opened the chat by saying she thought something so insignificant was “magnified” into an issue it didn’t need to be. “I felt really sad and disrespected,” Missè said of the whole saga. “I felt that you didn’t value my feelings.”
“Now I realize you’re much more sensitive, and I will be aware of that,” Kimi said, offering Missè an olive branch. “I really appreciate that,” Missè said as the pair clinked their drinks and seemed to finally make peace with each other. “Despite what’s happened with me and Kimi, I’m happy to close that chapter and move on,” Missè said in a confessional after.
The mid-season preview then gave viewers a teaser of the fun (read: drama) to come. Emma extended an invitation for the ladies to visit her Longleat residence. There, tensions appear to rise between Martha and Kimi (queue that “you’re a psychotic bitch” line we’ve been waiting for since the series began), and Margo confronts Mark-Francis about the accusations he made against her “new” persona. “She’s a lunatic,” he professes.
The Ladies of London: The New Reign continues on Thursdays at 9 PM ET/PT on Bravo. It streams on Peacock.
