Ex-Prince Andrew Officially Moves Into New Home: Details

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has moved … again! The former prince is understood to have finally moved into Marsh Farm, which sits on the Royal Family’s Sandringham Estate.

Andrew’s relocation comes months after he was evicted from Royal Lodge in Windsor. Following this, he took up temporary residence at Wood Farm while Marsh Farm (which has been empty for at least five years) underwent extensive renovations.

According to the Daily Mail, the ex-Duke of York has officially moved into Marsh Farm. He was spotted walking his dog near the property on April 6, essentially confirming that he’s formally relocated.

Per the news outlet, members of staff were also seen at Andrew’s new home at the same time. In fact, over the last couple of weeks, staff have been seen bringing hundreds of boxes – many with HRH written on the side – into the five-bedroom property. A large mobile home has also been erected in the grounds for his security staff to live in.

Andrew’s move to Marsh Farm has been described by many as a big step down. He previously lived at Royal Lodge, a large mansion on the Windsor Estate, where he hosted glamorous parties with celebrity guests for decades. But that came to an end last year.

Following his inclusion in the Jeffrey Epstein files, Andrew was evicted from Royal Lodge by his brother, King Charles. As scrutiny on Andrew increased – despite his denial of any wrongdoing – he was also stripped of his remaining royal titles.

Months after the eviction, Andrew finally moved out of Royal Lodge and stayed temporarily at Wood Farm for much of this year. It was there, on his 66th birthday in February 2026, that police surprised him with a shock arrest.

In an unprecedented move, Andrew was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in a public office. He was later released, pending investigation, and an unfavorable photo of him returning to Wood Farm by car made front-page news across the world.
