Kylie Kelce Is Devastated Toddler Daughter Is Starting Preschool

In a new episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast, Kylie Kelce revealed that her toddler daughter, Bennett, has started preschool. She shares four daughters with her husband, Jason Kelce. Reflecting on the new change in her little one’s life, Kylie said that she did not “feel great” about it, something most toddler moms can relate to.

Kylie Kelce doesn’t ‘feel great’ about toddler daughter starting preschool: ‘Didn’t even turn around’

During the “You Know What’s F***ed Up?” segment of her April 23 episode, Kylie Kelce shared that her third-oldest daughter, who is still a toddler, started preschool.

She said, “Three of my babies are now officially in school, and I don’t feel great about it. Bennie started preschool last week because she’s 3 now. And we were waiting until after spring break because our schedules were a little wonky. And also, I was being selfish. I wanted her to stay home with me.”

Recalling the day her toddler went to preschool for the first time, Kylie said, “The first day was great…for Bennie. She got out of the car and I s**t you not. I said, ‘Bye, Bennie. I love you.’ And she went, ‘Love you.’ She didn’t turn around.” The fact that Bennie did not turn around to look at her mother before going inside the school premises left her devastated.

Reflecting on it, Kylie said, “I talked about it the entire day. Guys, she was there for three hours. I talked about it relentlessly the whole three hours. I told everyone that would listen that she didn’t turn around.” Meanwhile, by day two, Bennie was already excited about her new adventure. The little one told her mom, “I love to school. I love go to school. I’m really excited.”

Kylie admitted that she was “glad” to be the one who was “not okay” between the two of them, while also saying that it was a “one out of 10 rating on that experience for me.” She said that she was excited that Bennie was enjoying herself in school, but it still “hurt” her soul. The mom of four also said that she is looking forward to the summer break so that she can have her kids at home.
