The freedom of a prominent internet personality could be in jeopardy. Gabbie Gonzalez is facing some serious allegations surrounding the father of her daughter.
The TikTok star, along with her own father are in custody, with authorities suspecting both could have been involved in this alleged plot.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department says that Gabbie is in the middle of an ugly custody battle with her ex, singer Jack Avery. The two have a daughter, seven-year-old Lavender.
The influencer will be charged in the alleged conspiracy to kill her daughter’s father
Gabbie’s got a lot to deal with right now, not just with her custody battle. TMZ has learned that she and her dad, Francisco Gonzalez, are behind bars. The pair are accused of plotting to kill Lavender’s father. Both are being charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
Francisco was arrested by police on Monday, and Gabbie was apprehended last week. The TikTok star was transferred to the LA County jail, where she is being held without bail. Her father is behind bars in Florida but could be transferred soon.
By the sounds of it, this is a case that police have been investigating for some time. In September, Jack spoke with FBI agents at his house, informing them that someone was trying to kill him. Obviously, he didn’t know who that might be, as he’s publicly praised Gabbie as a great mom.
Gabbie’s dad is suspected of plotting against Jack for some time. Reports indicate that since 2021, Francisco has been attempting to gather dirt on Jack that could be useful. The alleged plan was to get photos and video of him drinking and smoking, among other things. This could paint Jack in a negative light and grant Gabbie custody.
This would not be the first time a wild murder plot came about. Last October, Aaron Goodwin shared that he’d learned about his wife’s plot to kill him. His reaction was captured while filming Ghost Adventures.
