According to a new report, the couple has purchased a luxury condominium in Manhattan’s West Village for $12 million. The reported acquisition adds another high-end property to their growing portfolio, which already includes homes in California. If accurate, it would also give the couple a prime address in one of Manhattan’s most exclusive neighborhoods.

Per In Touch, Justin and Hailey Bieber are the new owners of a luxury condo in Manhattan’s West Village neighborhood. The reported purchase is said to be worth $12 million. What’s more, it includes a four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom residence with sweeping views of the Hudson River and the Statue of Liberty.
The home spans 2,792 square feet and was designed with entertaining in mind. An open floor plan connects the main living spaces, while oversized windows maximize natural light and showcase the waterfront scenery.
One of the standout features is said to be the custom-designed kitchen. According to the property’s listing, it combines Scandinavian Larch cabinetry with Sivec marble finishes and includes high-end appliances from Sub-Zero, Wolf, Gaggenau, and Miele. The condo also features a separate enclosed chef’s kitchen, complete with additional refrigeration, a wine cooler, and a steam oven.
Meanwhile, the primary bedroom is designed to take advantage of the home’s location. The suite reportedly overlooks the Hudson River and includes a spacious marble bathroom with a soaking tub, heated floors, a double vanity, and a walk-in shower. Large closets are also said to be part of the layout.

Justin and Hailey already own a Beverly Hills mansion purchased in 2020, along with a sprawling estate in La Quinta, California, which they added in 2023. The couple, who are also parents to son Jack Blues, now appear to have established another base on the East Coast.
