According to The Sun, the first suspicions arose when Qualley was absent from Taylor Swift’s July 3 wedding at Madison Square Garden. The couple is part of Swift’s inner circle, and therefore, her absence was clearly noted by fans.
Some fans reported that they had seen Qualley in Kingston, NY, where she was “with her friend and dog,” on the day of the wedding. Another telling clue was the fact that Qualley has recently changed her Instagram username from isimostar to sarahmargaretqualley23. Social media users latched onto the change, and several started lamenting their breakup. One wrote, “The end of an era,” while another said, “Why does this feel so emotional?” A third person, however, did not want to jump to conclusions, saying, “It looks dramatic, but a handle change alone doesn’t confirm anything about a relationship.”
According to The Sun, the third and most telling clue was that Qualley has recently removed her wedding photos from her Instagram grid. This immediately caused panic to spread. A person said on X, “Margaret deleted their pictures? NOOOOOOO,” while another quipped, “I’m ignoring the rumors of Jack and Margaret break up cause I think it’s nonsense, but she deleted her wedding post? What happened?”
