In a few weeks, Alan Cumming will bring a new group of reality stars to the castle for Season 4 of The Traitors. We’ve all got our wishlists about who will be spending their summer in Scotland, and we’re eagerly awaiting a cast announcement. In the meantime, Season 3’s Dylan Efron has some advice for the newbies. The winner and breakout star thinks they need to hone in on their listening skills to make their way to the finish line.
Dylan Efron has advice for future Traitors players after winning the show

Of course, reality stars aren’t necessarily known for being good listeners, but Dylan told Parade that being able to absorb information from the other stars helped him get to the finale. He wound up winning around $50,000 after splitting the grand prize with three other competitors.
“I think why I had success is I really got to know people,” Dylan said. “Everyone there is so unique and different in their own way.”
As a reminder, Dylan spent most of Season 3 following behind Boston Rob Mariano and getting red in the face when confronted at the roundtable. However, as the season progressed, he became everyone’s favorite Faithful, and Dylan attributed that to his strong social game.
“So go and listen to their stories,” he advised the Season 4 Traitors cast. “Because there’s a reason why they’re on this show, and it’s very entertaining. And when you do that, you naturally become friends with people. And I think that’s the biggest strength you can have in this show is quickly becoming friends with people, and you do that by listening.”
If you’re one of those reality stars gearing up for Season 4, listen to Dylan. You, too, could walk away with around $50,000 and a bunch of new pals.
The Traitors is streaming on Peacock.
