Kristi McBee is not shy about making her presence known in Season 2 of The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys. She’s opening up about her ex-husband Steven McBee and the woman she believes broke up her marriage. She also talks about the business and gives advice to her sons.
It’s been a quite chaotic time for the McBee family. Just weeks after NBCUniversal announced that the show would be moving from Peacock to Bravo, Steven pled guilty to participating in an insurance fraud scheme and the future remains uncertain for him. It seems safe to say we probably won’t be seeing him in the new season.
McBee Dynasty’s Kristi opens up about Steven’s “infidelity”
Because Steven Sr. was away and his sentencing looms, Kristi joined her son for a meal in the latest episode of Season 2. It was more comfortable for her to be there without him.
“It’ll be a little more relaxed without your dad there,” Kristi said. She added, “Obviously it’s not just your dad I don’t want to run into. So I just want to make sure there’s not others there.”
By others Kristi was referring to Galyna Saltkovska, her ex-husband’s new girlfriend. Kristi believes that Steven cheated with her while they were still married.
“Steve and I were married for 28 years,” Kristi said. “Then I started finding out there was a lot of infidelity, so I filed for divorce.”
While Steven and Galyna’s relationship didn’t go the distance, Steven Jr. said there’s another Russian in the picture now. Steven Jr. shared that Steve was dating Galyna’s best friend Masha. Well, it looks like what goes around comes around.
“It’s just one drama after another with your dad,” Kristi replied.
She’s no longer concerned with Steve’s love life. Now, she remains focused on their sons.
“My biggest fear with the boys is that they will become like their father,” she confessed. “I want them to be good to their wives, girlfriends, and to women in general.”
With Steven Sr.’s future tied into his eventual prison sentence, Kristi may be able to help positively influence their sons in his absence.
