Catherine Zeta-Jones Stuns in Sheer Black Corset Gown with Morticia Addams Flair

Catherine Zeta-Jones returned to the Emmy Awards after a four-year hiatus, and she had a treat waiting for fans. Dressed in a black corset gown, the 55-year-old channeled her inner Morticia Addams as she left her fans starstruck. Here’s everything to know about Zeta-Jones’ show-stealing look from the Emmy Awards 2025.

With weeks remaining before the actress turns 56, she still seemed to glow brighter than most at the ceremony that she had skipped for the last four years. The Mask of Zorro star arrived in style, stunning her fans all around, even channeling a bit of her Wednesday character with her dress and look. Catherine Zeta-Jones was dressed in a Yara Shoemaker Couture gown from the designer’s fall/winter 2025 collection that echoed Morticia Addams.

As InStyle notes, “the look featured a black strapless gown with a corseted bodice that included lace appliqué details and a floor-length beaded skirt.” She paired it up with diamonds from Stephen Silver’s fine jewelry. InStyle further noted that the actress wore 35 carats of diamonds in this outfit. She matched it up with her signature makeup, with a special focus on the eyeliner. Zeta-Jones opted for a basic middle-parted hair to go with the overall look. All in all, it came together magnificently.

Catherine Zeta-Jones attended her previous Emmy Awards with husband Michael Douglas. But this time, she arrived alone. Even in her earlier appearances, Zeta-Jones had always stunned with her outfits and her looks.

The veteran actress was not there at the Emmys just as a stunning presence this time, however. She was a part of the star-studded presenters’ lineup. Others on the list included Ayo Edebiri, Eric Dane, Elizabeth Banks, Angela Bassett, and Mariska Hargitay, among others.

Though Zeta-Jones has not made a film appearance since 2016, she will soon return in The Gallerist, which is slated to be released in 2026. She also continues to act on Wednesday and will also join Prime Video’s Kill Jackie.
