Elon Musk’s father, Errol Musk, has been accused of sexually abusing five of his children and stepchildren. The allegations include claims that he inappropriately touched both his stepchildren and biological children. The youngest alleged victim was said to be four years old. Elon, the oldest of Errol’s children, is estranged from his dad.

An investigative report by the New York Times claims that the older Musk has been accused of sexually abusing a number of his children over a 30-year period. The report centers on police and court documents, letters and messages, and interviews with relatives.
According to the NYT, the first allegation was in 1993, when his four-year-old stepdaughter told family members he had “touched her at the family house.” The publication also notes that, 10 years later, the stepdaughter alleged she saw Errol sniffing her underwear.
The NYT’s report also alleges that in 2023 a relative and social worker “attempted to intervene after his then five-year-old son said his father had groped his buttocks.”
The publication notes that Errol hasn’t been convicted of any crimes. There have allegedly been three police investigations opened over the matter. The NYT says that two of the cases were closed, while the outcome of the third is not currently known. Errol denies the allegations, stating: “The reports are false and nonsense in the extreme.”
Several family members have allegedly asked Elon for help with his dad, according to the NYT. The publication included a letter reported to have been written by a relative, which reads: “We really need your advice, help and guidance in these matters because we daily see these children suffer.”
According to the Times, family members received communication from an assistant of the billionaire, and he reportedly sent financial assistance.
