Howard Stern is setting the record straight about his rumored beef with Oprah Winfrey.
The longtime radio personality has had a polarizing effect on audiences for years. Howard has long been someone who speaks his mind, often without a filter. As a result, he’s made his share of enemies both in public and among celebrities.
For years, he has called out Oprah for what he calls her excessive display of wealth online. He also previously asked the FCC to investigate her old talk show after the agency cracked down on his. That’s had many believing Howard and Oprah are bitter foes.
Howard Stern doesn’t “hate Oprah Winfrey “at all”

While he rarely spoke kindly of Oprah in the past, that doesn’t mean Howard harbours any ill will towards her.
In an interview on Andy Cohen Live last week, the shock jock was asked about the rumoured feud with the longtime television personality. “I don’t hate Oprah at all. I think she’s brilliant, said Howard. He adds that he is fascinated by her while saying, “I enjoy watching Oprah.” He calls her “unapologetically wealthy.”
At the same time, Howard says that he and Oprah have never spoken to each other. He said he knows Gayle King well, and the host of CBS Mornings has suggested Howard and Oprah get together. Gayle also works as an editor on the magazine Oprah Daily.
Howard goes on to say that he would be happy to sit down and chat with Oprah sometime. That said, he doesn’t believe she’d ever agree to that because her advisors would likely tell her not to. While he doesn’t like the way Oprah showcases her wealth, Howard has acknowledged the many charitable endeavors that she has been a part of, something which he commends.
Since 2006, The Howard Stern Show has been broadcast on SiriusXM. Oprah, previously dubbed the Queen of All Media, is often ranked as one of the most influential women in the world.
