Country music artist Billy Ray Cyrus and British actress and model Elizabeth Hurley may seem like an unlikely couple, but the two are reportedly very content in their relationship. The “Achy Breaky Heart” singer and Austin Powers star went public with their romance last April.
Billy Ray and Elizabeth worked together on a 2022 Christmas movie but didn’t begin dating until after his divorce from his third wife, Australian singer Firerose, in 2024.

“They’ve been together for more than six months now. Despite the skepticism, it was always real from the beginning. And they’re going strong,” a source told People magazine. “They’re very different, but it works. They’re so cute together. It’s the kind of connection that surprises people but makes perfect sense when you spend time with them. Liz’s very happy.”
The couple went Instagram official with their relationship this past Easter. On October 25, Elizabeth gushed about her romance with the former Hannah Montana star to The Sunday Times, stating, “Billy Ray is fabulous. We’re very happy, very happy,” Hurley said.
Elizabeth went on to say that Billy Ray spent the summer with her in Herefordshire, England, noting, “He loves it. Obviously, he loves England. The weather is nicer here in the summer than it is in Tennessee.” Billy Ray has a home about 40 minutes outside Nashville. Elizabeth added that Cyrus’s Nashville property “actually looks a lot like England — probably the equivalent of Surrey.”
After ending her 13-year relationship with actor Hugh Grant, Elizabeth had a son, Damian, now 23, with businessman Steve Bing. Billy Ray has six children from previous relationships, including actress and singer Miley Cyrus.
Elizabeth added, “Damian and Miley have met. Billy’s kids are great, and Billy has spent a lot of time with Damian. Everyone loves everyone — it’s lovely.”
