If you’re going to serve someone papers, it’s probably not smart to break the law doing it. A private investigator has learnt this the hard way after trespassing on Travis Kelce’s property. He was reportedly arrested after trying to hand deposition papers to Taylor Swift for Justin Baldoni.
A former cop tried to serve Taylor Swift deposition papers on Travis Kelce’s property

A new report has surfaced revealing that a man was arrested for criminal trespassing on September 15. Private investigator Justin Lee Fisher jumped a fence to enter the grounds of Travis’ Kansis home, according to RadarOnline.
He wasn’t a crazed stalker, but a former cop – who was apparently acting on behalf of Justin Baldoni. Fisher was reportedly attempting to serve Taylor deposition papers as part of the never-ending legal battle between the filmmaker and Blake Lively.
The incident happened just a couple of days after a judge denied a request to depose the singer. A police report notes that a Nashville-based security firm contacted authorities after Fisher jumped a fence at the home.
Last month, the It Ends with Us director claimed that Taylor had agreed to participate in the lawsuit against Blake. The singer’s team denied it. Her attorney said in a statement: “Since the inception of this matter, we have consistently maintained that my client has no material role in this matter.” The attorney added that if she was “forced” to give a deposition, she would be available during the week of October 20.
Justin claims that Blake’s friends – Taylor included – had too much influence on their movie. He alleged that Blake used her close friendship with Taylor to pressure him into accepting creative changes.
Taylor and Blake were close pals for a time, but reports say the pair’s friendship has died a painful death in recent months.
