Diddy and Former NBA Player Sebastian Telfair Appear Close in Prison

Diddy has found someone in prison who may be able to relate to him in some respects.

He and former NBA player Sebastian Telfair appear to have struck up a friendship behind bars. Sebastian was ordered to report to jail in August after failing to complete his community service and not reporting to the US probation office. He was ordered to serve six months in jail as a result.

The pair are probably the two most well-known inmates at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey. Diddy was sentenced to four years in prison for sex trafficking and racketeering, but will be released in 2028 because of previous time served.

Sebastian pled guilty in 2023 to defrauding the NBA’s health and benefit plan out of around 4$ million.

It is probably not a big surprise knowing that Diddy and Sebastian have become fast friends.

Both were born in New York City, and both are iconic figures in their respective industries.

Sebastian has had several documentaries and books made about his time as a high school basketball player. He is also the cousin of former New York Knicks basketball player Stephon Marbury. Diddy, meanwhile, has been featured in numerous documentaries himself and was previously awarded the key to the city of New York in 2022.

TMZ had numerous photos of the two being spotted together over the weekend. Last week it was revealed that Diddy would be working in the laundry of the New Jersey prison. Both prisoners are seeking full pardons from US President Donald Trump.

Sebastian was a first-round NBA draft pick by the Portland Trail Blazers in 2004, who turned pro after his high school basketball career had ended.
