TMZ‘s latest learnings on Jessica Alba’s divorce from her estranged husband, Cash Warren, include their lavish marital home and attempts to clinch a multimillion-dollar deal. A new report revealed that the former couple, who reunited on Easter two months after the divorce filing, bid adieu to their property, listing it on the market for $18,995,000. They reportedly bought the estate in 2017 for $10 million and turned it into their family home after 18 months of remodeling.

According to the official listing by the Westside Estate Agency, the estranged couple’s opulent and stunning home is “located in an ultra exclusive gated enclave.” The property extends over 1.85 acres and overlooks scenic views with the “incredible canyon and ocean” in sight. After Alba and Warren bought it in 2017, they hired Tommy & Kathy Clements to remodel the place into an ideal home setting with a “perfect blend of natural and warm organic materials, reclaimed woods and rare marbles/stone throughout.”

Rumors of Jessica Alba and Cash Warren’s split sparked several months ago, even before she officially filed for divorce. Reportedly, her filing came on February 7, as she cited “irreconcilable differences” and listed December 27, 2024, as the date of separation. In addition, Alba also filed for joint custody of their three children. The actor previously confirmed their breakup in an Instagram post in January, writing that they were embarking on “a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”
