Aaron earned a Master’s in Journalism from New York University in 2004, which helped launch his media career. He started in travel journalism with Budget Travel and MSNBC, then moved into entertainment journalism with Tribune Company. In 2009, he founded Paranormal PopCulture.com to explore paranormal phenomena in popular culture. His work has appeared in major publications like The Hollywood Reporter, IGN, and Playboy. He became known in the supernatural community through appearances on Ghost Hunters and Ghost Adventures and collaborations with CNN and MTV. 2012 Aaron co-created and hosted Paranormal Paparazzi, a paranormal entertainment news series. He also hosted Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! Ripley’s Road Trip web series and produced content for Fandom and Syfy. During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Aaron started the NightMerica podcast, focusing on true crime and paranormal topics.
