Simon Guobadia

Eva says Bolo is phenomenal actor when they filmed together; Bolo hopes people let his work speak for itself

Does anyone even remember what happened on the latest season of Real Housewives of Atlanta? Ever since the latest Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia chaos engagement news was dropped, it’s been almost completely band-aided over in my mind. Cheating and pregnancy and neck tattoos – oh my! I have no idea what to believe, but talk about the gossip heard ’round the world.  Even the reigning-read-queen Eva Marcille chimed in on the debacle.

In case you’re experiencing a similar post-Atlanta amnesia, let me refresh your memory with in one word; Bolo. Michael “Bolo”Bolwaire was promised to flip the script on RHOA before the season even began. But who knew it would be literal and figurative? He stirred up the drama between the women, and in some cases, their men. More recently, the iconic stripper will be reading from a new script alongside former Housewife, Eva.

Eva Marcille Real Housewives Of Atlanta

Housewives new and old, and from cities far and wide, have all weighed in on Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams’ recent trainwreck of an engagement. To sum it up, P got engaged to Simon Guobadia, the almost ex-husband of her old friend Falynn Guobadia, after ONE MONTH of dating. The two moved quicker than quick, with Simon giving his new fiance a fat ring and P getting Simon’s name tattooed ON HER NECK. Not even Bravo producers can make up this complete display of nonsense, which includes cheating allegations, an eyebrow-raising timeline and a whole lot of haters.

Thanks to Shamea Morton’s matchmaking skills, we’ll likely have a Bravo special about one of Porsha’s THREE weddings, as she does seem to be a network darling. Andy Cohen says Porsha just loves love, but some people (Marlo Hampton) believe this entire relationship is one big red flag. Porsha hasn’t had the best luck in love in the past, and getting her old friend’s husband before they’ve signed their names on divorce papers is the ultimate betrayal of girl code. This storyline is already beating the drawn-out #BoloGate, and Bravo hasn’t even begun filming Season 14.

Kenya Moore Real Housewives Of Atlanta

Season 13 of the Real Housewives of Atlanta might have been a bit of a “snoozefest” if it weren’t for Kenya Moore doing what she does best — stirring the pot and being as messy as possible. Whether she was trying to expose who slept with Bolo at Cynthia Bailey’s bachelorette party. Or throwing low-blows back and forth with Drew Sidora, Twirl knows how to play the villain. We also got to see another side of Kenya — her crush on LaToya Ali. This brought out a playful side, especially in the midst of her split from Marc Daly. And she and Marlo Hampton buried the hatchet, which made Porsha Williams pretty upset.

However, one of Kenya’s worst moments occurred at Falynn Guobadia’s Halloween party (you know, back when she was still with Simon Guobadia and he wasn’t engaged to Porsha4Real). Kenya dressed up as a “warrior princess” in a culturally insensitive Native American outfit. She and Bravo apologized after the episode aired and at the reunion, even though she tried to bring Drew down for doing the same thing. However, Drew has a tribal heritage and wore a Native American outfit as part of a cultural celebration, so it ended up looking even worse for Kenya. But to be fair, this is far from the first time a Real Housewives has been called out for cultural appropriation or racist actions. And some of them didn’t even give half of the apology Kenya gave.

Porsha Williams Real Housewives Of Atlanta RHOA

Ever since the Real Housewives of Atlanta wrapped up Season 13, Porsha Williams has caused quite a stir on the internet. Her engagement to Simon Guobadia after one month of dating has received many mixed reactions from fans and Bravolebrities alike. Simon is the ex-husband of Porsha’s one-time friend Falynn Guobadia, who she brought on the show as part of her crew of friend-ofs. Simon gave Porsha a MASSIVE diamond ring and while some people are happy she’s found love again, others have plenty of questions. Like, how long has this relationship been going on, for real? Are Simon and Falynn even officially divorced? Has somebody in this love triangle been unfaithful? What has been going on in the group text between Marlo Hampton and NeNe Leakes?

Porsha’s in her own world planning three weddings and prepping for her own Bravo spinoff. And cutting people out of her life who are on the next train to haterville, so Kenya Moore and Cynthia Bailey. Word on the street is we can blame sidekick Shamea Morton for this whole mess in the first place. Meanwhile, Porsha’s been riding the media wave because we know she’ll never back down from taking center stage, even if she’s receiving hate.

The romance that no one saw coming is still a hot topic for Real Housewives of Atlanta viewers. In May of 2021, Porsha Williams confirmed that she was in a relationship with Simon Guobadia. He is RHOA cast member Falynn Guobadia’s recent ex-husband. In fact, Porsha brought Falynn on to the franchise. Oh, and Simon is also friends with Porsha’s baby daddy, Dennis McKinley.

Porsha shared the news on Instagram. “Our relationship began a month ago–yes we are crazy in love. I know it’s fast, but we are living life each day to its fullest,” she wrote. Porsha continued, “For all of you that need facts, I get the optics but Simon filed for divorce from a previous marriage in January. I had nothing to do with their divorce filing,” she added. “That’s between the two of them. Falynn and I are not friends, and Simon’s divorce has been settled.”

Gizelle Bryant Robyn Dixon Real Housewives Of Potomac

The Real Housewives of Potomac are headed back to our screens this summer, and, as always, they’re going to bring it. At least, as far as I can tell from the first full-length trailer. Karen Huger will be doing what she does best — dogging Gizelle Bryant and giving hilarious one-liners, this time with her new BFF Mia Thornton by her side. Candiace Dillard-Bassett will finally get over the fight with Monique Samuels, but only because Mia’s throwing salad instead of punches in her face this time.

Gizzy always has a lot of opinions about her fellow RHOP ladies and women from other cities, considering her co-host role on Bravo’s Chat Room. She’s shady as hell and loves to bring attention to other people’s drama to avoid having to get real about her own. And because Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams is her buddy from Chat Room, everyone in the streets of Potomac knows she has to feel some type of way about Porsha’s new ring from Falynn Guobadia’s SOON TO BE ex-husband Simon Guobadia.

Porsha Williams Real Housewives Of Atlanta RHOA

Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams is truly living in her own fantasy universe. She was given a huge rock from HER FRIEND Falynn Guobadia’s soon-to-be (keyword: soon) ex-husband Simon Guobadia after ONE MONTH of dating. Yes, after she spent Season 13 teasing a potential reunion with Hot Dog Dennis McKinley. And (poorly) denying any hoe-like activities with Bolo at Cynthia Bailey’s bachelorette party. Welp, now she’s engaged again, and frankly, I’m exhausted.

Porsha and Simon are on the same planet, posting on Instagram like they’re the C-List version of Bennifer or something. Despite the cheating allegations, a questionable timeline and other women coming out of the woodworks. I’m with Marlo Hampton on this one, the whole thing is just a big red flag.

Despite Porsha’s total lack of respect for her friend Falynn, who she brought on the show and didn’t even negotiate a contract for, she’s still being rewarded. Kenya Moore is still the villain on RHOA for hogging a crabcake and stirring the pot. At least she can own up to her mistakes when she crosses the line with someone’s man. Porsha’s got a 3-part spinoff coming this summer and is toying with the idea of a Bravo wedding. We already know her lapdog Shamea Morton will be a bridesmaid since we can point our fingers at her for getting this whole mess of a relationship started.

Porsha Williams Marlo Hampton Real Housewives Of Atlanta

Real Housewives of Atlanta went all the way escalando and Porsha Williams Stewart Almost McKinley Almost Guobadia will be headlining the tele novela next season. Porsha has her eye on the prize and that prize is a $1.25 million rock, honey. So what if Porsha’s love interest is the former husband of a former friend? Sure, they may or may not have been hooking up on the low since January of this year, despite claims to the contrary. At this point, Porsha needs her own dramatic theme music.

Some people think Porsha and Simon Guobadia’s relationship has been a sham from the jump. And some people are like, mind your own business and naked ring finger. But one thing is clear, it certainly gets viewers interested for another season that hasn’t even begun filming yet. Marlo Hampton is one of those who has publicly criticized Porsha’s new romance, but to be fair Marlo is publicly critical of Porsha anyway. Recently Marlo went on social media and didn’t mince words or spare feelings when she was asked about Porsha’s affair of the heart.
