With so much news on the OC Housewives, one might forget the Real Housewives of New York City is currently airing on Bravo.
The third episode this season is set to air tonight. It’s officially fall in NYC and Kelly Bensimon has decided its best to tell her daughters about her upcoming Playboy shoot, you know on national television.

On the other side of town, LuAnn kicks off New York Fashion Week by hosting an event that all the Housewives attend…all except Bethenny and Ramona that is. Meanwhile, Bethenny takes time out of her busy schedule to attend a show during fashion week, when she runs into Jill, leading to a confrontation between the former BFFs.

I see Kelly is Delusional, and thought that if she titled herself the “40th” anniversary playmate it would justify the fact that she wanted to do Playboy.

I agree that Simon’s blogs on bravo are very funny. I sensed that Kelly is not very close with her kids. She seemed like she was babysitting someone elses children. She didn’t even know what her daughter liked to eat!
Also I wanted to add that did anyone notice that when Jill played Bethenny’s message for the physic and LuAss that she ended it a little too abruptly like there was a bit more on there that Jill didn’t want heard and aired

Actually I didnt get to watch the show last night yet since I keeled over early. I woke up yesterday truly hung over and still wearing green. I thought I puke on myself in the middle of the night when all I saw was green from me blurry eyes!!

Jill had a negative comment in every scene! WTF!!! To Kelly’s face she’s thrilled but her comments to the camera not. She totally cut off the message so it would play to her benefit. The psychic?! What happened to Jill? Why did she still go after Mario for LuAnn? MYOB!!! What happened to Brad? Did he realize how mean she was to him on camera? There’s something else going on with her that hasn’t come out yet.
When Ramona and Alex seem the most normal this season it should be a red flag for the rest. Every one else seems SO bitter.
Bethany is the girl who always dumps her friends for a guy. She also changes her interests for him. Desperate but not unique. She is also very driven and this 15 minutes has gone to her head.
I think Kelli’s kids are so friggin adorable… no comment on Kelli herself. I’m tryin to be nice today… it’s Friday! Woo hoo!

This season of RHNYC might not be so good if last night’s episode was any idication, the apparent fight between Bethenny & Jill (of course over the summer w/out film crew) seems to be dragging out and its basically a team Jill vs team Bethenny season…boring!

I worked with Kelly when she came into my job she is very much the same way as she is on the show, she’s pretty but she does twirl her hair and say “like” and “incredible” as to where you would think she’s 16, her daughters are adorable that Sea one is very rambunctious she does discipline them though and is a pretty good mom to my surprise. Kelly Playboy is Playboy get over it once Latoya Jackson & Heidi Pratt land the cover before you than there isn’t much to rave about is it?
Jill needs to really find a hobby, I have not seen a scene of hers without Luanne by her side and I don’t like that dynamic because its more like a convinient friendship she lost Bethenny and Luanne lost her Count so lets be bitter together.

Ramona is becomming my favorite this season she is hilarious and endearing with her personality.
Bethenny is someone that blossomed into something bigger than what the girls expected and they don’t seem to like it. I learned that she is a product of her environment you love her or you don’t and thats that. You can see she is a big ball buster (her teasing Jason’s friend) and if you can’t handle it don’t be her friend.
Alex I like her she is smart open minded a little boring but I guess there needs to be a voice of reason around.
In defense of Kelly (and believe me, it’s not a position I like to take), she probably called Playboy a ‘book’ because that is how people in the magazine business refer to their periodicals (as ‘books’). Just thought I’d clarify.
Have any of you noticed that BravoTV is “allowing” some critical comments on the OC & NYC blogs? They never did that before – every comment was always so sugar coated. Maybe BravoTV realized they had to be more realistic in letting some bias comments through due to the fact that besides RealtyTea – there are many other websites where commenters tell it like it is. Any thoughts/comments?
