The nuttiness we have all grown to know and despise love as Kelly Bensimon is back at it again.

The Real Housewives of New York City star, who might or might not be a famewhore, announced via her twitter her plans to release an exercise video. You know, because regular women are just dying to get a hot bod like hers.

“get ready for my workout video to come. who likes squats and headstands?” tweeted Kelly. Who needs a formal press release when you can just blurt out your random business endeavors on your twitter.

Kelly then took things a step further when she posted a short clip of herself working out on her youtube channel. That video is below.

Continuing her new quest to become a fitness guru, Kelly also shared her starvation diet in the latest issue of Star magazine. Kelly’s diet is below -

Breakfast – Two big oranges

Lunch – Brown rice, tofu and broccoli

Dinner – Salad with shrimp

Kelly insists to the mag, “I have this diet for six days, and then I have one day where I eat chicken wings, beer, and muffins!”

And no, you are not being punked. She really shared that “diet” with the magazine. A video of Kelly’s workout is below -
